Through "green development", we will polish the background of the Mining Association, implement the "3060" dual carbon target and relevant industry policies and regulations, promote the construction of green multimodal transport demonstration zones, and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
Li Yang, Vice President of Guizhou Mining Association, focused on introducing the current problems and solutions in Guizhou mining industry, with the topic of "The Breakthrough and Establishment of Guizhou Mining Industry". It is pointed out that there are currently many, small, scattered, and disorderly enterprises in the sand and gravel industry, with outdated technology, poor product quality and market competitiveness, low prices, and overcapacity; There are big problems in mining right disputes, creditor's rights and debts, labor disputes, difficulty in financing, talent management and other aspects in coal mines and other sectors.
