　　Chongqing Baian Technology, as the first alumni enterprise visited by the delegation, has made meticulous arrangements and preparations for this. During the exchange period, Chairman Tan Jianping, on behalf of Chongqing Baian Technology, warmly welcomed the arrival of all visitors to the training class!

　　Firstly, Tan Jianping introduced the significant achievements made by Baian Technology in the research and application of fiber optic sensors and demodulators since its establishment in 2004, as well as the significant contributions it has made to major national scientific and technological projects such as aerospace, shipbuilding, new energy, and other fields. At the same time, an introduction was also given on the development process, team building, product research and development, market layout, and school enterprise cooperation of Chongqing Baian Technology. Tan Jianping stated that as a national high-tech enterprise, Chongqing Baian's research direction involves mining instruments, sensors, and VR virtual simulation technology. Its research direction is highly aligned with many majors in the school. Through this exchange activity, I hope that young backbone teachers from my alma mater can participate in some major scientific research projects in Chongqing Baian and carry out cooperation between industry, academia, and research. 　　Subsequently, Vice Minister Gong Cheng introduced the situation of this group activity. The training event was led and organized by the Teacher Work Department of the University Party Committee, and was organized by the Innovation and Development Center for Ideological and Political Work in Universities under the Ministry of Education, as well as the Research Center for Hongyan Spirit and Ideological and Political Education at Chongqing Normal University. The participants in this event were all high-level talent representatives from various secondary colleges of China University of Mining and Technology The backbone of student ideological and political education work and representatives of young teachers have arranged a separate alumni enterprise visit and research activity after the end of this training activity.
