DESCRIPTION
The BA-OFA05 fiber optic MEMS acceleration sensor is a bidirectional broadband acceleration sensor that integrates acceleration detection mass blocks, elastic supports, optical reflection micro mirrors, light input and output waveguides directly on a small chip, truly achieving all optical detection of acceleration signals. It has the advantages of no power supply to the probe and transmission line, anti electromagnetic interference, large dynamic range, compact size, no fatigue and degradation components It has many advantages such as long-distance optical signal transmission.
