The YDC7 portable multi-parameter measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as the measuring instrument) is a portable intrinsically safe multi-parameter measuring instrument for mining. The four probe design based on the ultrasonic principle can accurately measure the wind speed and direction of the tunnel. Compared with traditional wind speed measuring instruments, it has the advantages of full range measurement, high accuracy, and low startup speed. The laser principle is used to measure methane concentration, which can achieve high-precision and high reliability methane concentration detection. At the same time, high-precision temperature and humidity sensors, pressure sensors, and carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide detection functions are integrated, The product is highly integrated, small in size, and portable.
The measuring instrument uses the Doppler effect of ultrasound to measure wind speed. Under fixed detection conditions, the speed of ultrasonic propagation in the air can correspond to the wind speed, and accurate wind speed and direction can be obtained through calculation; Using laser principle to detect methane concentration, electrochemical principle to detect carbon monoxide, oxygen, and hydrogen sulfide concentration, and MEMES sensor to detect temperature, humidity, and pressure.
