The BA-OFS15E fiber optic grating embedded strain gauge is specifically designed for measuring the internal strain of concrete, reinforced concrete, or plastic materials, in order to observe the changes in structural stress and strain for a long time, conduct state analysis, and achieve the purpose of warning and fault diagnosis.

Product Features
This product detects strain values through the movement of the center wavelength of the optical signal reflected by the internal sensitive component - fiber grating. It is passive, non charged, intrinsically safe, and free from electromagnetic interference and lightning damage. It can directly transmit signals remotely through optical fibers (over 50km).
