The ZWX-4Z mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe distributed fiber optic temperature measurement host is a compact, high-precision, multi-channel, and continuously distributed fiber optic temperature measurement equipment independently developed and produced by our company. It can continuously measure the temperature field along the fiber optic.
The basic working principle is as follows: a pulse light is emitted by the signal processing unit and incident onto the sensing fiber. The interaction between the laser pulse and the fiber molecules generates a backward Raman scattering effect. A Stokes light with a wavelength longer than the light source and an Anti Stokes light with a wavelength shorter than the light source are emitted back along the sensing fiber back to the signal processing unit, The intensity of the anti Stokes light signal is related to temperature, while the Stokes light signal is independent of temperature. So, the temperature of any point within the sensing fiber can be obtained from the ratio of the anti Stokes light signal to the Stokes light signal intensity. The spatial distance of the temperature sensing point is prepared and calculated using optical time domain reflection (OTDR) technology based on the transmission speed of light waves in the temperature sensing fiber and the return time of backward reflected light.

The software provides three forms of network services: MODBUS service, data request service, and fire protocol service.
Software system: The host comes with software that can achieve functions such as automatic collection, parameter customization, data display, storage and playback, and data correction.
