Through the teaching of this course, the software enables students to understand the basic concepts and common terms of structural geology, understand the basic ideas and research methods of structural geology, and learn to analyze the control role of various tectonics on the distribution characteristics of geological bodies, ore bodies, and the laws of material and space-time evolution and movement; Make students familiar with the basic steps of reading geological maps, and master the drawing and analysis methods of commonly used tectonics related maps. This course aims to cultivate and improve students' observational, analytical, hands-on, and geological expression abilities, laying the foundation for their future work in structural geology research and mineral exploration. As a theoretical foundation course for resource exploration engineering majors, it also provides conditions for students to smoothly learn subsequent courses.
